Barcelona summertime

Summer in Paris or at least that is what they tell us. 

It is not obvious from the weather or my choice of outfits today which consisted of tights, boots, leather jacket and a scarf! Thankfully, I just took my (much needed) annual trip to Barcelona but before downloading any new photos, I have been looking into my archives at some of my favourites. They are not necessarily beautiful photographic works of art but they remind me of what summer is supposed to be - bright colours and sun.  

One particular attraction that I have to this city is the creativity which can be felt in the air and seen in the shops and on the streets. The cakes in the photo above are actually miniature and made out of candy from a shop run by Australians called Papabubble. I have also added two graffiti photos as well since I am particular drawn to them and they make the streets feel alive.
